Holistic medicine is a broad range of medical practices that are based on many years of tradition. With Reiki Energy Healing, your body and mind will feel free and clear of all worries and stressors that life places upon us. I’m trained in a variety of holistic techniques that will help to heal you both mentally and physically.
MASSAGE THERAPY
Massage therapy is primarily the hands-on manipulation of the soft tissues of the body for the purpose of optimizing health. As a Registered Massage Therapist, I will assess your physical and emotional wellbeing and work with you to provide the most appropriate treatment, working with your team of health care providers, if necessary, to ensure you receive the results you desire.
REFLEXOLOGY
With my Reflexology therapy, patients claim to feel relaxed and renewed after each session. I’m trained in a variety of techniques, so I tailor your session to work on your specific goals and needs. I love showing my patients how just a few treatments can make an enormous difference to their health.

REIKI TRAINING
Reiki is simple to learn, it is not a religion and it is practised by people from all walks of life. On an introductory “First Degree” course you will be connected to the energy (‘attuned’) and learn how to use Reiki for your own benefit and for others. Reiki ‘Second Degree’ provides you with ways of deepening your experience of the energy, furthering your self-healing and spiritual development, and providing you with approaches that will enhance your treatment of others, whether in person or at a distance. For those who wish to continue their Reiki development to its natural conclusion, Reiki Mastership represents the end of one journey and the commencement of another.
MASSAGE BUSINESS TRAINING
Interested in starting your own business as a Registered Massage Therapist, but don’t fully understand the implications? The Dragonfly Release Business Course covers many aspects of starting your own dream, from Business Name to Marketing, Accounting to Billing. We will cover preparing a business plan and how to set goals for your business and simple techniques to stay on track. Unlike many others, this course is designed and presented by a RMT business owner! For those wanting more personalized help with their plans we also offer tailored mentorship packages.
OHS FOR HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS
This course, designed and provided by Dragonfly Release will provide attendees with the knowledge and skills needed to clearly understand their responsibilities to each other, the public and their employers regarding Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) in a Massage Therapy based or clinical environment.
